How to pick up my orders? 

Pick up at our store between 2PM - 5PM on scheduled pick-up dates.


How to change my pick-up date?

Changes on pick-up date can be requested via email to hello@1001cakes.com. Changes are available only upon our email confirmation. Please request changes at lease 3 days before the scheduled pick-up date.


How to cancel/modify my order?

Cancellation/modification can be requested via email to hello@1001cakes.com. Modifications are available only upon our email confirmation. Please request changes at lease 3 days before the scheduled pick-up date. Refund is subject to a transaction and processing fee of 5% of your order amount. NO REFUND is applicable for cancellations within 3 days (72 hours) from the day of picking up. 


Can my order include a cake topper?

Yes, you can request a complimentary cake topper at check-out for order over $50. 

 

Do you offer delivery services?

We do not provide delivery service at the moment until further notice.


Do you accept in-person orders?

Yes, our storefront is open between 2 to 5 pm on Saturdays.  You can come in to purchase available cake slices and other goodies.  However we cannot guarantee the availability for each flavors and therefore we do encourage our customers to place orders online to avoid disappointment.  Please follow our IG or FaceBook posts for availability on each market day.  


How to store Thousand & One's cake? 

Place the cakes into the fridge (below 4°C) as soon as you receive it.  Prior to consume please store into the fridge (minimum 2-3 hrs). We suggest to consume our cakes within 3 to 4 days.


Are the cakes nut-free and/or gluten-free? 

Please refer to the individual product pages for the allergens and product descriptions. All of our productes contain gluten.  While some of our items are nut-free, please note that all of our products are produced in a facility where nuts and gluten are present. People with severe nut or gluten allergies should be aware that cross-contamination may occur.
